A different thought... what is the type of variable for the XML? Are you using a varying length variable?

Are you using something like:

http_url_post_xml('https://wwwcie.ups.com/ups.app/xml/Track' 
                 : %addr(postData) + 2                       
                 : %len(postData)                            
                 : %paddr(StartOfElement)                    
                 : %paddr(EndOfElement)                      
                 : *NULL );                                  

I don't see it in your debug log but are you sending "garbage" bytes (length) to the web service?

As you can see at the bottom of the debug text file I'm getting:

"Server was unable to process request. ---> Data at the root level is
invalid. Line 1, position 1."

HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error

 

Tried with and without // HTTP_setCCSIDs(1208: 0);

Got the same error
