Target release parameter is missing on the command-line and QShell interface programs

   Hi All,


   Note to all who need to compile HTTPAPI to a previous release; Other
   than changing the value of the cl-variable &TGTRLS in the install
   program. You need to add the parameter TGTRLS(&TGTRLS) on the CRTPGM
   for the HTTPCMDR4  and HTTPQSHR4 program objects.

   Scott, is there a reason why this omitted when creating these objects?
   If not, can you add it to your " distro" ? In case I forget J
