I am not familiar with the translator api but the URL you are pointing to is windows.net? Is this correct?

It looks like some form of OAUTH is being used. This usually requires some kind of tokens in the header of the HTTP. Look in the archives for HTTP_POINT_ADDL_HEADER for how that has been used. Also if you stuck on the OATH, JHHL might be able to help as he figured it out for Google API.

There is different way of creating the post data in the most recent release as well. Look at EXAMPLE10 for instance.
