Hello Ernie,

1) A URL that begins with 'https://' will use https.  If you want to 
ensure that all URLs are using https, then start all of your urls with 
'https://'.

2) How can you convince your manager that a web service is secure?  I 
don't know.  Wouldn't that be a question for your manager?  Or, a 
question to ask the web service's administrator?
