You might want to check to see if there are any FTP Exit programs registered or if the profile
being used does not have authority to execute the commands.

The command you specified should work in either the builtin FTP client or httpapi.

Yes, the command was misspelled. The command I want to execute ist:     
quote rcmd crtsavf qtemp/trasavf
