Hi Ernie,
Thanks for providing this. Documentation is something that this project
needs badly.
Obviously, there's a lot to read here, and I haven't had time to do
anything but skim it briefly.
One thing I did notice is that you refer to HTTPAPI as "HTTPLIB" in a
few places. This is not a correct name for HTTPAPI. (There's another
product out there named HTTPLIB that's completely unrelated.)
I don't know where the name 'HTTPLIB' came from. I do not refer to it
that way anywhere that I'm aware of? Possibly you derived that from
LIBHTTP (the default name of the library where HTTPAPI is installed.)
That's just the library name, though... the tool should be called
HTTPAPI (or, sometimes HTTP-API.)
But, aside from that, what I've seen in your documentation looks very
good, and I'm very happy that you contributed it!
When I get more time (sigh), I'll look at it more in-depth.
