In the debug file, do you see anything else about the 500 internal server error? Are you running 1.24 code?

I can't get to that port from here at work or I'd take a look at your WSDL a little closer. Did you match it to the soapUI? Can you compare debug output to that from soapUI? Does it look like it is the same?
