Ok. Now. Getting rid of the atom+xml line in the "additional header"
procedure doesn't break GET, so I'm back to POST.
Now, on http_url_post_raw, since I need to go through both peTimeout and
peUserAgent to get to peContentType, what do I plug into peTimeout to
get the default value?
