    Anybody knows what kind of tool I need to create WebService Server on
    Iseries?

    Neither HTTPAPI nor WDSL2RPG will be of any help creating a service
    side web service...
    Both are client side tools for calling a web service.  But again,
    neither are of use if the service doesn't already exist.
