Sure. Otherwise people could get confused. ;-)

But the real problem might be recursion because fixing the change log 
requires an entry in the change log saying that it has been changed which 
also changes the change log which requires an entry in ...

Have a nice weekend thinking about that problem and never make a mistake in 
the change log again. ;-)
