FW: Granting permission for SSL

   Hello,


   In the README member of LIBHTTP/QRPGLESRC, under the section GRANTING
   ORDINARY USERS PERMISSION TO RUN SSL APPLICATIONS, step 9 states to
   Expand the "Digital Certificate Manager" and check the box next to the
   "*SYSTEM certificate store".  What is changed when this box is
   checked?  I was expecting to see a change to the authority of object
   /QIBM/UserData/ICSS/Cert/Server/DEFAULT.KDB so that it included the
   user profile I changed.  But, I am not seeing that.
