You can get the latest beta right from here:

You should also consider to download WSDL2RPG v1.14beta9 because of several 
bugs fixes in the generator module.

In case you want to stay with v1.13 you should download v1.13.1 that I just 
uploaded this afternoon. The web page still shows v1.13 but under the cover 
you get v1.13.1. I am going to update the web page now.
