Sorry, I think I didn't explain myself clearly.  I need a link to the 
"getting started" page for Weather.com's XML service. (Not the link 
you're feeding into HTTPAPI.)

I went to Weather.com and looked around the site (clicking the menus, 
etc) and didn't find anything related to an XML web service.  There's no 
way I can learn or understand how their XML document works if I've never 
seen their site, it's documentation, etc.
