Hi Jim,

This is clearly not a HTTPAPI problem, but I think Scott's response will send you on the right path.

Here is how to quickly debug that issue...Strip out the XML shown in the debug.txt. Save it using notepad as text.xml. Open text.xml with Internet Explorer. If there is an XML issue, IE will puke out a error message (actually pretty descriptive in this case).

Side note: your local certificate appears to be expired (not after: 20090526043151). This is obviously not a serious issue but something you should look at.
