Hi Charles,

There are many differences between SOAP 1.0, 1.1 and 1.2.  That error 
message might be referring to any of them.  Namespace (as you point out) 
is one difference.  Another is the way SoapAction is transmitted. 
Another is the content-type.

Or it might be making the blatant assumption that whenever it receives 
something it doesn't understand that it must be because you're using a 
version of soap it doesn't understand.
