Error when installing HTTPAPI

   Hi All:



   I am installing the HTTPAPI version and when running the INSTALL
   program I have received the followin Error



        Binding directory HTTPAPIR4 created in library
   QTEMP.
        Program MKEXPATCL created in library
   LIBHTTP.
        Library QSYSINC not
   found.
        The compilation
   failed.
        CZM0613 received by MKEXPATCL at 3500. (C D I
   R)



   Please advice, the system where I am installing it, it has V4R3M0
