Re: RNX0100 in HTTPAPI Version (1.23)

The screen print of the "Display open files" will only show open files in 
the /QSYS.LIB file system and has nothing to do with the open IFS files. As 
Scott has already suggested, it seems that some of the other activation 
group programs and/or modules already have file descriptors open, or at 
least did not close them upon using them.

I think you should first look into this before looking any further into the 
FTPAPI programs, since quite a lot of systems use these and they do not seem 
to produce this behaviour.
