Re: gsk_sec_soc_open: (GSKit) Handle is not valid.



Maybe that I have to learn something new but I am also missing the "Body" tag:

<soapenv:Envelope ... >
   <soapenv:Header/>
   <soapenv:Body>
     <v8:RateRequest>
      ...
     </v8:RateRequest>
   </soapenv:Body>
</soapenv:Envelope>
