I can't find "Digital Certificate Manager" On the Admin Page.

Was this in Leslie's message somewhere?  If so, I completely missed it!

The "not found" would imply that the certificate store hasn't even been
created yet.  But I could _swear_ the log said "Access is not allowed"!!
