Secure FTP?

   I've used HTTPAPI before but we now have a need to send a file on a
   routine basis via secure FTP.  I've downloaded and installed FTPAPI
   but from what I've seen and read it doesn't look like it's set up for
   secure FTP.  The organization receiving the file says that they can
   do:
   FTPs
   FTPs w/PGP
   FTP w/PGP
   SSH\SFTP
   SSH\SFTP w/PGP
   HTTPs is also an option but I would prefer FTP if that will work.
