** FTPAPI 2.3 RELEASED!

Hi folks,

FTPAPI version 2.3 has been released.  This has been in beta testing 
since 2007, so hopefully the bugs are gone :)

New features:
- Added FTP_Crash() routine to make it easier to cause fatal errors.
- Added FTP_Restart() routine to make it possible to resume failed
        file transfers without restarting the whole process.

Bug fixes:
- Fixed problem in INSTALL where library name was not used.
- Fixed CCSID translation in directory listings
- Fixed CCSID tagging in newly created stmfs
- Fixed problem where linemode was being improperly retained.
      from binary/ascii switching between QSYS/IFS files.
