CFGHTTPSCH isn't going to have any impact on HTTPAPI.  CFGHTTPSCH is for 
running a *search* *engine* on IBM i.  So if you want to compete with 
Google, go ahead and set up CFGHTTPSCH -- but it's not going to help you 
at all with EXAMPLE1.
