Hi Scott,

What I mean is: Does the HTTP protocol allow to add parameters to a URL 
when calling http_url_post_stmf() likes this:

    url = 'http://localhost:8080/testService/UploadData?counter=34&size=1234

    rc = http_url_post_stmf(url: ...);
