You need to identify by IP address either an internal or external
(your ISP's, for instance) domain name server that can resolve the URL
to its IP address.
Normally, if you have an internal domain server and it isn't
responsible for the domain it be being asked to resolve, it knows how
to reach an external domain name server.
Then the request can be passed along until a server can resolve it.
You specify the DNS IP addresses through option 12 on the CFGTCP menu.
