Do you think it would be helpful for other poor lost souls
Like me, to add a step 10 to the README under REQ FOR BUILDING
WITH SSL SUPPORT:

10) Proper authority (*R access, or higher)  needs to be given to the
DEFAULT certificates:
	/qibm/userdata/icss/Cert/Server/DEFAULT.KDB
	/qibm/userdata/icss/Cert/Server/DEFAULT.RDB
	User's must have a minimum of *X access (or higher) for all of
the directories.
  	That includes /, /qibm/, /qibm/userdata, /qibm/userdata/icss
(etc etc)
	

I can honestly say well over half of my troubles with IFS releated
objects is not taking the
Time to understand authority issues.

*Public was *NONE on the DTAAUT.
