Help! I have broke HTTPAPI

   Specifically the SSL stuff.


   I was trying to get SSL working on the Ftp client, and working with
   IBM.

   I (foolishly) told IBM that we don't do anything with DCM (Digital
   Certificate Manager).

   They had me clear DCM (remove all files in /qibm/UserData/ICSS).


   I presume I need to create some Certificates back to get HTTPAPI to
   work, but don't know what.


   An error string we get after we try the http_url_post  is:

   gsk_sec_soc_open: (GSKit) Handle is not valid.
