SSL GSKIT error

One of our Customers keeps experiencing the following error, but only
occasionally.

The error is:
'SSL Handshake (GSKit) Certificate was rejected by the application'

It only occurs once or twice out of 10/20 successful transmissions.

Anyone shed any light on this intermittant problem ?
Can I send any further info ?
