First of all, I would like to thank you very much for your works in
open-source projects HTTPAPI and sharing your knowledge...
About creating a debug file, in program GeoIP, a function call
"http_debug(*ON)", which according to the documentation, should create
a log contains debug info in "/tmp/httpapi_debug.txt". However, I
cannot find this log in folder /tmp and not sure where to go from
here.

messages it's returning to your application. The "301" error by
itself
isn't that enlightening, but there should be a whole document being
returned to you (probably in HTML with the assumption you are a
browser)
that explains what's happening.
If you can't figure out the issue from the debug file, post it here
(sanitize any passwords or auth keys first) and we'll take a look
for you.
