It sounds like you are missing some of the prerequisite licensed
programs for using SSL on OS/400.
Here's a link to the V5R2 information center where it describes the
licensed programs required to use SSL on OS/400 at V5R2:

In particular, the message about there being no cryptographic support
installed seems to be telling you that you need to install licpgm 5722-AC3
This was a no-charge licensed program, but you had to order it
separately from IBM. I don't know if that's possible any more, since
V5R2 has been unavailable from IBM for several years now?
