http_url_get() saves the data to the IFS.

However, http_url_get_raw() will send the data to your program via a 
callback, and won't save it to the IFS.  You can therefore code this 
routine to retrieve the data any way you like... you can save it 
somewhere, or save it in memory, or whatever you like.
