You ask questions by phrasing your topic in the email subject line, then stating it
specifically in the email message.  Then you wait to see who replies with what.

So how to post my queries in there? I can see the archives but its very unorganized for my eyes. I can see the questions from last couple of years.
So I have to send mails like this to post my queries in it. Right? There is no button like "Post New" in there.
