As far as "local" is concerned Pat Botz is geographically the closest (http://www.botzandassociates.com 
  or pcbotz@xxxxxxxxx) - Pat is a former System i Security architect  
for the i.  As is Carol Woodbury of Skyview Partners (http://www.skyviewpartners.com/index.php 
) but she is based out of Seattle as is John Earl (johntearl@xxxxxxxxxxxxx 
) - the only other person I would recommend.
