Please make it easier for us to help you.

a) Please provide code that we can load and run on our machines.  (Your 
code refers to files that we don't have)

b) Please provide the code & log files in TEXT format, not (blech) RTF, 
which is really really hard to read.

c) Are we allowed to try this web service?
