Time out error using HTTPAPI program

I get following error when running HTTPAPI program(taken from debug file)-

SetError() #7: Timeout occurred while trying to connect to server!

Network people have monitored program, & have seen it pass our firewall.

Our DNS server works correctly.

The URL works when run from a browser.

I  have tried the example1 program but still get same time out error.

I have seen simlar posts to this in the forum, but could not find
a solution.

It would be great to get this to work for my company, help much
appreciated.
