   Jeff, you are correct. I do. I have correct it. I still get  HTTP/1.1
   500 Server Error. But the error code is different. I hope to get this
   corrected soon.

   at the top of your code and at the bottom you have

   don't you need to close off the <TrackNotificationRequest> with
