? About Upcoming UPS Security Upgrade

We have been using HTTPAPI v1.21 since about September of 2007 to
communicate with some UPS web services. Ups has announced an upcoming
Secuirty update as copied below. Can anyone on the list advise
whether this is an issue that should concern us?

Thanks Scott for the great tool and any advice anyone may offer on
   this issue.

EXCERPT from UPS EMAIL of 3/22:

UPS OnLine^® Tools Security Update Reminder

UPS is moving to chained Digital Certificates as part of an industry
wide initiative to improve security when using the Internet. The
change requires your system to support Secured Socket Layer (SSL) v3.0
to be compatible with the new Digital Certificates.
We are resending this communication to remind you that SSL v2.0 will
be disabled and Chained Digital Certificates will be implemented on
UPS servers on May 19, 2009. Action may be required to ensure that
this change does not interrupt your use of UPS OnLine Tools.
The majority of customers' systems already support SSL v3.0 and will
be able to support the new certificates without issue. If you are
unsure about whether you are prepared for this change, you can
validate your configuration by connecting to the UPS Customer
Integration Environment (CIE). You can access the CIE for your tool by
using the URL provided below followed by the name of your tool.
