Cannot compile HTTPCMDR4 of v1.24beta5

Hi Scott,

I downloaded HTTP API v1.24beta5. When I try to compile it without SSL
support I get a RNF7030 error in module HTTPCMDR4. The undefined item is
https_init().

 Msg id  Sv Number Seq     Message text
*RNF7030 30   3426 024100  The name or indicator HTTPS_INIT is not defined.
*RNF7503 30   3426 024100  Expression contains an operand that is not
defined.
