Problem Connecting - select() call in TCP_Conn

All,

We are unable to connect to any FTP sites for an unknown reason. The error
is occurring on the select() call in TCP_Conn (it is timing out). I can't
find any information about why this is failing, but I am able to connect to
the site manually.

Can anyone offer any insight or point me in the right direction on how to
track down the problem?
