Since it generated a problem log, i5/OS seems to think it is system
problem. I don't know exactly what compile command the installer was
running, but you might be able to figure that out from the source
references and then attempt to run the same command from the command
line. If you replicate the problem running the command "manually" the
folks on the list or a call to IBM might be able to help you get the
problem fixed.

Hi Dana,
Despite having lots of people running HTTPAPI on V5R3, I have never seen
this error before. Since it says "internal error" that implies that
something is wrong with your ILE RPG compiler.
Please make sure you have the latest PTFs installed.
