Question HTTPAPI - V5R4 and 5722AC3 Crypto Access

   Hi there, hoping someone can get me the answer to this question.


   I am working on the UPS tracking HTTP program and have the UPS
   requirements completed (user id/pass/XML key) for the site.

   When I call the UPS tracking program the  http_url_post_xml method is
   returning -1 and the error code is.  `Only the http protocol is
   available!'


   So having gone back through I see that 5722-AC3 Cryptographic Access
   Provider is required.  I checked with GO LICPGM 10 and it is not
   listed as being installed.


   Called my business partner to order it and they are saying that it is
   included in the base at V5R4.

   Can anyone verify that for me? Is Crypto Acc Prov in base V5R4?


   Business partner is also looking to order it for us (14 days of
   waiting).


   Would like to know if this is the reason for the `Only the http
   protocol is available!' err being thrown too.


   Any help appreciated.
