HTTPAPI - Is this a privileges problem?

Hello all,
I'm trying to build a little program using HTTPAPI, but just to make
sure everything is working OK on the iSeries, I've tried to run some
of the examples supplied with HTTPAPI.

The program I need to write uses HTTPS, so I run EXAMPLE22 to see if
the certificates are OK, and I get the following result:

gsk_env_init: (GSKit) Access to the key database is not allowed.

Does this look like I don't have permission to access certificates,
and therefore cannot make a HTTPS connection?

The iSeries I use is a timeshare machine, so I can't make changes
myself, I need to ask for them, so what do you think I need to ask
for?
