HTTP_PARSE_XML_STRING not found compiling your locweath after upgrading to v1.22

Hi Scott,

I just tried the code I got from your article in System iNetwork
Programming Tips for displaying the weather on the sign-on screen.
When it couldn't find several httpapi functions I assumed I needed
the latest version so I downloaded the save file and ran the
install as outlined on your web page. The install seemed to go
well and finish normally. Now when I try to compile locweath I get
   '*RNF7030 30 2919 020800 The name or indicator HTTP_PA... is not
   defined. ' which I found to mean '*RNF7030 HTTP_PARSE_XML_STRING...
   **UNDEF** 2919 3049'. I can't find the offending
procedure anywhere. This is not life threatening or anything, but
I thought the idea was pretty neat. If you can point out what I
have failed to get right I would appreciate it.
