Re: HTTPAPI EXAMPLE1 blows up on V4R4 box. I'm just starting to investigate.

Separating the %SCAN call and the subtraction as

        c                   eval      pos = %scan('?': path)
        c                   SUB       1             POS


solved the problem. EXAMPLE1 now works perfectly. "sock_tutorial.pdf" 
arrived, and I just verified that it's a valid PDF.
