New HTTPAPI Beta

Hi Folks,

I've placed a new beta-test version of HTTPAPI on my web site.  It's 
version 1.22 beta4.

It contains more of Thomas Raddatz's enhancements to the XML parser, 
including some new "getter" procedures to provide access to some 
variables used by the callback switching mechanism.

Please test this version to be sure that we didn't break anything!
