I have found a free site that you can use. I guess if you start to
hammer it the owner might want to charge you a fee. It does get most
addresses correct and some are very close.
Scott helped me with this some time ago. You only have to worry about
the not found addresses.

When I put in my address of 64 it returns 35, but it is the same
street and town. I know that there are lots of pay for services that
you can use. I was trying to POC.
