Re: HTTPAPI (version 1.20) - Sending values longer than 256 problem.

Because I find typing "http_url_encoder_addvar_s" to be too cumbersome. 
I'd rather type something like "WEBFORM_SetVar"  (and, indeed, in the 
most recent version of HTTPAPI, I included short cut prototype names).
