I looked through my system and found:
Product ID/PTF ID . . . . . . . . . : 5769SS1 SF48651
OSP INCORROUT ADD SUPPORT FOR QP0ZISATERMINAL() API
That doesn't explain why it's not available in V4R3, of course.
