EXAMPLE10 is just an example program.  You don't need it to use HTTPAPI...

I'll change the INSTALL program so that it doesn't try to create 
EXAMPLE10 unless you have V5R1 or later -- but you should be able to 
ignore that failed CRTBNDRPG statement, and move on with the rest of the 
process, since it's only a sample program.
