Insert a CALLP HTTP_DEBUG(*ON) to the top of your C-specs (or any place 
before you call an HTTPAPI routine).  This tells HTTPAPI to report 
debugging info to /tmp/httpapi_debug.txt

You can also do:
     callp http_debug(*ON: '/path/to/myfile.txt')

if you want the debugging info to be to an alternative filename.
