Debug: http 1.19 for http_url_post_stmf

When sending the xml file, we receive back a response file from the vendor.
Since they have no data to process,  there is no response file back.  So,
when I try to parse their xml response, I get the HTTP/1.1 Internal Service
Error.


Here is some of the 125 records I was sending:
